Responsibility
- Research, write, and edit technical articles, whitepapers, and reports on road construction, asphalt, bitumen, and related industries.
- Develop SEO-optimized content (blog posts, case studies, product descriptions) to enhance online visibility and engagement.
- Coordinate with subject-matter experts to gather accurate technical data and insights for content creation.
- Manage content calendars, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality materials aligned with business goals.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities in the construction sector.
- Collaborate with marketing teams to align content with branding, lead generation, and digital campaigns.
- Proofread and fact-check all content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and adherence to industry standards.
- Monitor content performance using analytics tools and adjust strategies to improve reach and impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Technical Writing, Communications, or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical writing, preferably in construction, infrastructure, or industrial sectors.
- Proven ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences (engineers, clients, general public).
- Strong research and analytical skills with experience in data-driven content creation.
- Proficiency in SEO best practices and content management systems (e.g., WordPress, HubSpot).
- Excellent command of English (written and verbal); Indonesian language skills are a plus.
- Familiarity with APA, Chicago, or industry-specific style guides for technical documentation.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to meet tight deadlines in a collaborative environment.
