Responsibility

  • Conduct thorough product research and development testing to ensure compliance with industry standards and company specifications.
  • Monitor and document regulatory compliance for all materials, processes, and finished products, maintaining accurate records.
  • Perform quality assurance inspections on raw materials and finished goods to identify defects or deviations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot production issues and implement corrective actions.
  • Assist in the development and revision of standard operating procedures (SOPs) for testing and quality control.
  • Prepare detailed technical reports and present findings to management for decision-making.
  • Ensure adherence to safety protocols and environmental regulations in all laboratory and production activities.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by analyzing test data and recommending process enhancements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in product testing, quality assurance, or regulatory compliance within the chemical or manufacturing industry.
  • Strong knowledge of laboratory testing procedures, ISO standards, and GMP practices.
  • Proficient in data analysis, technical reporting, and using laboratory equipment (e.g., spectrophotometers, chromatographs).
  • Excellent attention to detail and analytical skills to interpret complex data.
  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., FDA, REACH, or local chemical regulations) is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal.
