Responsibility
- Monitor and update clients on changes in business regulations to ensure full compliance.
- Proactively respond to client inquiries regarding tax matters in a timely and professional manner.
- Manage end-to-end tax administration systems, including filing, documentation, and reporting.
- Prepare periodic tax returns (VAT, Income Tax Art 21/23/25/29) accurately and within deadlines.
- Coordinate with internal teams to reconcile financial statements and tax records.
- Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems for all taxation documents.
- Assist in the preparation of fiscal reconciliations and annual tax audits.
- Keep up-to-date with the latest Indonesian Tax Laws (UU PPh & UU PPN).
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Taxation, or Finance.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a tax or accounting role.
- Strong understanding of Indonesian taxation laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and experience with accounting software (e.g., Accurate, SAP, or E-Faktur).
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to explain complex tax issues to clients clearly.
- High level of integrity, attention to detail, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Brevet A & B certification is highly preferred.
- Fluency in Indonesian and professional proficiency in English.
