Responsibility
- IT Systems Management: Oversee the deployment, maintenance, and security of IT systems supporting manufacturing operations.
- Data Integration: Ensure seamless data flow between production systems, ERP, and other business applications.
- Troubleshooting: Diagnose and resolve IT-related issues affecting manufacturing processes.
- Team Leadership (Grinding): Supervise and mentor grinding operators to maintain high precision and efficiency.
- Quality Control: Implement and monitor quality assurance protocols for grinding operations.
- Process Optimization: Identify and execute improvements in grinding techniques and IT workflows.
- Compliance & Safety: Ensure adherence to industry standards, safety regulations, and IT security policies.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with engineering, IT, and production teams to align goals and streamline operations.
Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years in IT systems management or grinding/supervisory roles in manufacturing.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in ERP systems, industrial IT networks, CNC grinding machines, and precision measurement tools.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead teams, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with manufacturing workflows, Lean/Six Sigma principles, and ITIL frameworks is a plus.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications in ITIL, PMP, or machining/grinding are advantageous.
- Language: Fluent in English; additional languages are a bonus.
- Adaptability: Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a focus on continuous improvement.
