Responsibility
- Develop and execute demand forecasting models to optimize inventory levels and reduce excess stock.
- Oversee supply chain planning, including procurement, production scheduling, and distribution logistics.
- Collaborate with procurement, production, and sales teams to align supply with market demand.
- Monitor KPIs (e.g., fill rates, lead times, inventory turnover) and implement corrective actions.
- Lead S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning) meetings to ensure cross-departmental alignment.
- Negotiate with suppliers and vendors to secure cost-effective, high-quality materials.
- Implement lean inventory strategies to minimize waste and improve cash flow.
- Utilize ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) for real-time data analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in supply planning, demand forecasting, or inventory management.
- Proven track record in manufacturing or FMCG sectors with complex supply chains.
- Strong proficiency in ERP/MRP systems and advanced Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP).
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Familiarity with lean/six sigma methodologies is a plus.
- Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian) are advantageous.
- Strong communication and leadership abilities to manage cross-functional teams.
