Responsibility
- Develop and maintain accurate demand forecasts based on historical data, market trends, and sales inputs.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure optimal stock availability.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and production teams to align supply plans with business objectives.
- Identify potential supply risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent disruptions.
- Generate regular reports on inventory turnover, stock aging, and supply chain KPIs.
- Support new product launches by assessing supply requirements and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate data in ERP systems and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in supply planning, demand forecasting, or inventory management.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle).
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of FMCG industry dynamics and supply chain best practices.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
