As the Supply Chain Manager, you will be responsible for optimizing logistics processes, reducing costs, and enhancing service delivery to our clients. Responsibility
- Oversee daily logistics and warehouse operations for chemical products, ensuring timely and accurate order fulfillment.
- Coordinate import/export shipments, including customs documentation, compliance, and regulatory adherence.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies to optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels.
- Manage relationships with third-party logistics providers, freight forwarders, and customs brokers.
- Monitor inventory levels, demand forecasting, and procurement processes to prevent stockouts or excess inventory.
- Lead and mentor a team of logistics and warehouse staff, fostering a culture of safety, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Analyze supply chain performance metrics and implement corrective actions to enhance operational effectiveness.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align supply chain activities with business goals and customer requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in supply chain or logistics management, preferably in the chemical or manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of import/export regulations, customs procedures, and international trade compliance.
- Proven experience in warehouse management, inventory control, and demand planning.
- Proficiency in supply chain management software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar ERP systems).
- Excellent leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive performance and operational excellence.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a plus.
