Responsibility
- Lead New Product Introduction (NPI) processes, coordinating with R&D, procurement, and production teams to ensure smooth product launches.
- Develop and implement supply chain strategies for product lifecycle management, from sourcing to end-of-life phases.
- Optimize inventory levels and demand forecasting to minimize costs while maintaining service levels.
- Collaborate with global suppliers and logistics partners to ensure on-time delivery and cost-effective procurement.
- Monitor and report on KPIs (e.g., lead times, order fulfillment rates, cost savings) to drive continuous improvement.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks, including supplier reliability, geopolitical factors, and market fluctuations.
- Support sustainability initiatives by evaluating eco-friendly materials and logistics solutions.
- Maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to align supply chain activities with business goals.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in supply chain, procurement, or NPI within the manufacturing or electronics industry.
- Proven track record in product lifecycle management and cross-functional project coordination.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to manage supplier relationships and internal collaborations.
- Knowledge of lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies.
- Familiarity with import/export regulations and global logistics standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, multicultural environment with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.
