Responsibility
- Lead and supervise the financial administration and treasury team to ensure efficient and accurate financial operations.
- Oversee the management of company assets, including cash flow, investments, and financial instruments, to maximize returns and minimize risks.
- Develop and implement financial policies, procedures, and controls to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
- Collaborate with senior management to provide financial insights and recommendations for strategic decision-making.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance, preparing reports and presentations for stakeholders and executive leadership.
- Manage relationships with banks, financial institutions, and external auditors to facilitate smooth financial transactions and audits.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and cost-saving initiatives within the financial administration and treasury functions.
- Ensure timely and accurate preparation of financial statements, budgets, and forecasts in accordance with accounting principles.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field. A Masterâs degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CFA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial administration, treasury management, or a related role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory or leadership position.
- Strong knowledge of financial regulations, accounting principles, and treasury best practices.
- Proven experience in managing financial assets, cash flow, and investments.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Proficiency in financial software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, QuickBooks) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong leadership and team management abilities, with a track record of developing and mentoring high-performing teams.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
