Responsibility

  • Oversee daily client accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals to achieve performance goals.
  • Review and approve financial reports, reconciliations, and client deliverables.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
  • Implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
  • Prepare and present financial insights and recommendations to clients and senior management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
  • Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
