Responsibility
- Oversee daily client accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local and international standards.
- Lead, mentor, and develop a team of accounting professionals to achieve performance goals.
- Review and approve financial reports, reconciliations, and client deliverables.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Implement and monitor internal controls to mitigate financial risks.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Prepare and present financial insights and recommendations to clients and senior management.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to ensure compliance.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance standards.
- Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop teams.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client and team interactions.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Analytical mindset with a keen eye for detail and problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
