Responsibility
- Develop data-driven strategic plans that align with client objectives and market opportunities.
- Conduct in-depth market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, gaps, and consumer insights.
- Collaborate with creative, media, and account teams to translate insights into innovative campaigns.
- Design and present comprehensive strategy decks with clear recommendations and KPIs.
- Monitor and evaluate campaign performance, providing actionable insights for optimization.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in advertising, digital media, and consumer behavior.
- Foster strong client relationships by delivering strategic guidance and thought leadership.
- Lead brainstorming sessions to generate creative, out-of-the-box solutions for client challenges.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in strategic planning, advertising, or media within a creative agency or in-house team.
- Proven ability to analyze complex data and extract actionable insights using tools like Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar.
- Exceptional storytelling and presentation skills, with the ability to simplify and communicate strategies effectively.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing ecosystems, including social media, SEO, and programmatic advertising.
- Experience working with multinational or Indonesian brands in diverse industries.
- Fluency in English and Indonesian (written and verbal).
