Responsibility

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Law, or Business Administration; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., SHRM, PHR, or legal bar admission) are a plus.
  • Minimum 8+ years of experience in HR and legal roles, with at least 3 years in a leadership position.
  • In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and employment regulations.
  • Proven track record in strategic HR management, including policy development, compliance, and talent development.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in conflict resolution and employee relations.
  • Fluency in English and Indonesian; additional languages are a benefit.
