Responsibility
- Manage and maintain accurate inventory records using digital and manual systems.
- Receive, inspect, and log incoming stock, ensuring quality and quantity match purchase orders.
- Organize and store products in designated areas, optimizing space and accessibility.
- Process and fulfill orders, picking and packing items for distribution or retail sales.
- Conduct regular stock audits and reconcile discrepancies to prevent shortages or overstocking.
- Coordinate with suppliers and internal teams to ensure timely restocking of products.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment in compliance with company policies.
- Generate reports on inventory levels, movements, and adjustments for management review.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in storekeeping, inventory management, or a related field.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work with numerical data accurately.
- Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., ERP systems) is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
- Basic understanding of supply chain and logistics principles.
- Good communication skills in English (written and verbal).
- Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 20-25 kg) as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in logistics or warehouse management are advantageous.
