Responsibility
- Assist in market research and site selection for new store locations in Bali.
- Support the planning and execution of store development timelines and budgets.
- Coordinate with vendors, contractors, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met.
- Analyze sales data and customer feedback to recommend improvements for store layouts and merchandising.
- Prepare reports and presentations on store performance and development progress.
- Participate in store opening preparations, including inventory setup and staff training.
- Monitor competitor activities and industry trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Assist in administrative tasks related to permits, licenses, and compliance documentation.
Qualifications
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-team collaboration.
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of retail operations, merchandising, or project management is a plus.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia; additional languages are advantageous.
- Willingness to travel within Bali as needed for site visits and meetings.
- Proactive attitude with a passion for learning and contributing to team success.
