Responsibility
- Provide direct patient care, including assessments, treatments, and monitoring of vital signs under the supervision of physicians and senior nurses.
- Assist in medical procedures, examinations, and minor surgical interventions while ensuring patient comfort and safety.
- Administer medications, injections, and vaccinations as prescribed, adhering to strict medical protocols and hygiene standards.
- Maintain accurate patient records, including medical histories, treatment plans, and progress notes in electronic health systems.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, post-treatment care, and preventive measures to promote long-term wellness.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams, including doctors, specialists, and therapists, to ensure coordinated and holistic patient care.
- Perform basic laboratory tests, diagnostic procedures, and specimen collection as required, ensuring accuracy and timely reporting.
- Assist in emergency response situations, including first aid, CPR, and patient stabilization until further medical assistance arrives.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and sterile clinical environment, adhering to infection control and safety regulations.
Qualifications
- Diploma or Bachelorās degree in Nursing, Medical Assistance, or a related healthcare field from an accredited institution.
- Valid professional certification (e.g., Registered Nurse, Medical Assistant certification) recognized in Indonesia or internationally.
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in a clinical setting, hospital, or medical clinic (fresh graduates with strong internship experience will be considered).
- Proficiency in basic medical procedures, patient care techniques, and electronic health record (EHR) systems.
- Strong communication skills in English (additional languages such as Bahasa Indonesia, Mandarin, or Russian are a plus).
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and public holidays, as required by patient needs.
- Compassionate, patient-centered approach with a strong sense of empathy and professionalism.
- Knowledge of infection control protocols, medical ethics, and patient confidentiality (HIPAA/GDPR compliance awareness is a plus).
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift patients, and perform repetitive tasks in a fast-paced environment.
