Responsibility
- Optimize product listings on major marketplaces (e.g., Tokopedia, Shopee, Lazada) to improve search rankings and conversion rates.
- Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to enhance product visibility.
- Monitor marketplace performance metrics and generate reports to identify trends and opportunities.
- Collaborate with the marketing and sales teams to align marketplace strategies with broader business goals.
- Manage product content, including images, descriptions, and pricing, to ensure accuracy and appeal.
- Stay updated on marketplace policies, algorithms, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
- Coordinate with logistics and customer service teams to ensure seamless order fulfillment and customer satisfaction.
- Develop and execute promotional campaigns to boost sales and brand awareness.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Proven experience in marketplace management, e-commerce, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of SEO, keyword optimization, and marketplace algorithms.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Excel) to track and interpret performance metrics.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Detail-oriented with a keen eye for product presentation and branding.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
