Responsibility
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records, including general ledger entries, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with accounting standards.
- Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support financial planning and cost control.
- Conduct regular audits and reconciliations to ensure data integrity and compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide financial insights and support operational decision-making.
- Monitor cash flow and financial transactions to identify discrepancies and optimize financial performance.
- Support tax preparation and filing processes in coordination with external auditors.
- Utilize accounting software to streamline financial processes and improve efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or finance, preferably in the F&B or hospitality industry.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero) and Microsoft Excel.
- Strong understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
- Certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus but not required.
