Responsibility
- Process payroll for designated subsidiaries/countries accurately and on time.
- Ensure compliance with local tax laws, labor regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with HR and finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies and inquiries.
- Maintain and update payroll records, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Prepare and distribute payroll reports for management review.
- Assist in the implementation of payroll system upgrades and process improvements.
- Provide support during audits and ensure all payroll documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
- Stay updated on changes in payroll regulations and best practices.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Human Resources, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in payroll processing or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of payroll software and systems (e.g., SAP, Workday).
- Familiarity with local tax laws and labor regulations in Indonesia.
- Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other office productivity tools.
