Responsibility
- Lead and manage the end-to-end Source to Pay (S2P) process, ensuring compliance with company policies and industry best practices.
- Oversee procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiation, and purchase order management.
- Develop and implement strategies to optimize procurement processes and reduce costs.
- Ensure strong governance and control mechanisms are in place to mitigate risks and ensure compliance.
- Act as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, providing timely and effective support.
- Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to track the efficiency and effectiveness of the S2P process.
- Identify and resolve issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
- Proven experience in procurement, supply chain management, or a similar role.
- Strong understanding of Source to Pay processes and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
