Responsibility
- Develop and implement comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand visibility and engagement.
- Create, curate, and manage published content across various social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter).
- Monitor, listen, and respond to users in a “Social” way while cultivating leads and sales.
- Conduct market research and analyze trends to identify new opportunities and optimize campaigns.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
- Track and report on social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media best practices, technologies, and trends.
- Manage and oversee social media content calendars, ensuring timely and relevant posts.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- Proven work experience as a Social Media Specialist or similar role.
- Excellent knowledge of social media platforms, best practices, and trends.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.
- Familiarity with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer) and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics).
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a remote setting.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
