Responsibility
- Develop and execute data-driven social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Create, curate, and oversee high-quality, on-brand content, including graphics, videos, and copy, tailored to diverse audience segments.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics (KPIs, ROI, engagement rates) to refine campaigns and report insights to stakeholders.
- Manage community interactions, responding to comments, messages, and reviews to foster a positive and active online presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (design, sales, PR) to align social media efforts with broader marketing and business goals.
- Stay ahead of industry trends and platform algorithm updates to ensure content remains relevant and competitive.
- Plan and execute paid social media campaigns, including budget allocation, A/B testing, and audience targeting.
- Build and nurture influencer and partnership relationships to amplify reach and credibility.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Proven 2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in social media tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Facebook Insights).
- Strong copywriting and storytelling skills with a portfolio showcasing creative and engaging content.
- Experience with paid advertising (Facebook Ads, Google Ads) and budget management.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with internal and external stakeholders.
- Familiarity with SEO best practices and how they integrate with social media strategies.
- Passion for women’s empowerment, community building, or related causes (a plus).
