Responsibility
- Operate and monitor SMT machines (pick-and-place, solder paste printers, reflow ovens, etc.) to ensure optimal performance and output quality.
- Perform routine maintenance, calibration, and troubleshooting of SMT equipment to minimize downtime.
- Inspect and verify the quality of PCB assemblies using AOI (Automated Optical Inspection) and manual inspection techniques.
- Follow strict safety protocols and standard operating procedures (SOPs) to maintain a hazard-free workspace.
- Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve technical issues and improve process efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records of production data, machine performance, and quality control checks.
- Assist in the setup and changeover of SMT lines for new production runs.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in SMT technology and recommend improvements where applicable.
Qualifications
- Diploma or vocational training in Electronics, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or a related technical field.
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience as an SMT Technician or in a similar role within the electronics manufacturing industry.
- Proficient in operating and troubleshooting SMT machines (e.g., Yamaha, Panasonic, Juki, or similar brands).
- Strong understanding of PCB assembly processes, soldering techniques, and quality standards (IPC-A-610 preferred).
- Ability to read and interpret schematics, BOMs (Bill of Materials), and technical drawings.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Basic computer literacy for data entry and machine programming.
- Good communication skills in English and/or Bahasa Indonesia.
