Responsibility

  • Diagnose hardware and software issues on smartphones, tablets, and other mobile devices.
  • Perform repairs, including screen replacements, battery changes, charging port fixes, and software troubleshooting.
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets by promoting repair services, accessories, and device upgrades.
  • Provide outstanding customer service, including explaining repair processes, timelines, and costs clearly.
  • Maintain accurate records of repairs, warranties, and customer interactions using company systems.
  • Stay updated on the latest smartphone models, repair techniques, and industry trends.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as a smartphone technician or in a similar role (minimum 1-2 years preferred).
  • Strong technical knowledge of iOS and Android devices, including hardware and software troubleshooting.
  • Hands-on experience with repair tools and diagnostic software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers effectively.
