Responsibility
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of mechanical, electrical, and refrigeration systems with precision and efficiency.
- Diagnose equipment malfunctions using technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex technical issues and implement effective solutions.
- Maintain accurate records of service activities, including work orders, parts usage, and time logs.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Provide on-site support and emergency repairs as needed, with a focus on minimizing downtime.

Qualifications
- Proven experience (3+ years) as a Technician in mechanical, electrical, or refrigeration systems.
- Certification or diploma in a relevant technical field (e.g., HVAC, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering).
- Strong knowledge of technical drawings, blueprints, and schematic diagrams.
- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and specialized diagnostic equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently or in a team, with a customer-centric approach.
- Valid work permit for Indonesia (SC/PR/EP) or Malaysian citizenship with eligibility to work in Bali.
- Physical stamina to handle manual labor, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
