Responsibility
- Perform preventive maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on Jungheinrich forklifts, pallet trucks, and automated warehouse systems.
- Troubleshoot mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues using advanced diagnostic tools and schematics.
- Conduct on-site service calls across Bali, ensuring minimal downtime for client operations.
- Maintain accurate service records, work orders, and parts inventory using digital systems.
- Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to recommend upgrades or solutions that enhance equipment performance.
- Adhere to safety protocols and company standards to ensure a hazard-free work environment.
- Provide technical training and support to end-users on equipment operation and basic maintenance.
- Stay updated on new technologies and product lines through continuous learning and certifications.
Qualifications
- Minimum 2+ years of experience as a Service Technician, preferably in material handling, forklifts, or industrial machinery.
- Technical certification (e.g., vocational training in mechanics, electrical systems, or hydraulics) is a plus.
- Proficient in reading technical manuals, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or in a team.
- Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within Bali (company vehicle provided).
- Basic English proficiency (written and verbal) for client communication and reporting.
- Familiarity with CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management Systems) is advantageous.
- Physical ability to lift up to 25 kg and work in various environments (warehouses, outdoor sites, etc.).
