Responsibility
- Deliver engaging and safe recreational activities for children of all ages, ensuring a fun and memorable experience.
- Assist in planning, organizing, and executing daily sports and recreation programs tailored to young guests.
- Monitor and ensure the safety of children during all activities, adhering to resort safety protocols.
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and resolving concerns promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the recreation team to maintain equipment, facilities, and activity areas in top condition.
- Encourage participation in group activities, fostering a sense of community and camaraderie among young guests.
- Assist in setting up and breaking down activity stations, ensuring all materials are prepared and stored properly.
- Contribute to creating a positive and inclusive environment where every child feels welcome and valued.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in childcare, sports coaching, recreation, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage warmly with children and parents.
- High energy levels, enthusiasm, and a passion for working with kids in a resort setting.
- Basic knowledge of sports, games, and recreational activities suitable for children of various age groups.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to meet the demands of the resortās schedule.
- First Aid and CPR certification is highly desirable.
- Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Indonesian, Mandarin) are a bonus.
