Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end UI/UX design process for web and mobile applications, from discovery to delivery.
- Conduct user research, analyze insights, and translate findings into actionable design strategies.
- Create wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups using industry-standard tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and marketers to ensure seamless integration of design and functionality.
- Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI components for consistency across platforms.
- Optimize user flows and interactions to enhance usability, accessibility, and engagement.
- Stay ahead of design trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in UI/UX.
- Present and defend design decisions to stakeholders with data-driven rationale.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in UI/UX design, with a portfolio showcasing web and mobile app projects.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar tools for prototyping and collaboration.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles, usability heuristics, and accessibility standards (WCAG).
- Experience with user research methods (interviews, surveys, usability testing) and analytics tools (e.g., Hotjar, Google Analytics).
- Ability to create responsive, pixel-perfect designs and work with design systems.
- Excellent communication and storytelling skills to articulate design concepts to non-design stakeholders.
- Familiarity with front-end development basics (HTML/CSS/JS) is a plus.
- Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
