AutoScale Ventures is seeking a highly skilled Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team and drive the successful delivery of cutting-edge engineering initiatives. As a Technical Project Manager at AutoScale Ventures, you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including software engineers, product managers, and stakeholders, to define project roadmaps, allocate resources, and mitigate risks. Your expertise in Agile methodologies, technical problem-solving, and stakeholder management will be critical in delivering innovative solutions that align with our company’s vision.
This is a remote opportunity based in Bali, Indonesia, with a preference for candidates located in Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Kuta, or Badung. Responsibility
- Lead and manage multiple engineering projects from inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with business goals and technical requirements.
- Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to define project scope, timelines, and deliverables.
- Implement Agile and Scrum methodologies to optimize team productivity and project outcomes.
- Identify and mitigate risks, dependencies, and bottlenecks to ensure seamless project execution.
- Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical teams to ensure clarity and transparency.
- Monitor project progress, track KPIs, and provide regular updates to leadership and stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement by analyzing project performance and implementing best practices.
- Ensure projects adhere to budget constraints, quality standards, and compliance requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 5+ years of experience in technical project management, preferably in software development or IT.
- Proven expertise in Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall methodologies.
- Strong understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and technical architectures.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience with project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, Asana) and collaboration platforms (e.g., Slack, Confluence).
- Ability to work remotely and manage distributed teams effectively.
- Certifications such as PMP, CSM, or PRINCE2 are a plus.
