Responsibility
- Provide expert tax consulting services to clients, ensuring compliance with local and international tax regulations.
- Develop and implement effective tax strategies to optimize clients' financial positions.
- Prepare and review tax returns, ensuring accuracy and timely submission.
- Conduct tax research and stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with clients to identify tax-saving opportunities and provide actionable recommendations.
- Utilize accounting software and Microsoft Excel to analyze financial data and generate reports.
- Assist in tax audits and represent clients in discussions with tax authorities.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to their professional development.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. A Master's degree or professional certification (e.g., CPA, CA) is a plus.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in tax consulting or a related role.
- Strong knowledge of Indonesian tax laws and regulations.
- Proficiency in accounting software and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple client engagements.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
- Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is preferred.
