Responsibility
- Lead the design, configuration, and maintenance of Workday HCM modules to align with business needs and best practices.
- Develop and optimize custom reports, dashboards, and analytics to provide actionable insights for stakeholders.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements (e.g., GDPR, local labor laws).
- Collaborate with HR, IT, and finance teams to identify system enhancements and implement scalable solutions.
- Troubleshoot and resolve Workday-related issues, including integration errors, data discrepancies, and user access problems.
- Conduct user training and documentation to improve system adoption and proficiency across the organization.
- Monitor system performance and recommend upgrades or optimizations to enhance efficiency.
- Stay current with Workday updates and industry trends to proactively suggest improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, HR Management, or a related field. Masterâs degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in Workday HCM administration, configuration, or support.
- Proven expertise in Workday Reporting, Calculated Fields, and EIBs. Certification in Workday HCM is highly desirable.
- Strong understanding of HR processes (e.g., payroll, benefits, talent management) and system integrations.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills with a data-driven mindset.
- Proficiency in SQL, Excel, or BI tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI) for advanced reporting.
- Superb communication and stakeholder management skills to bridge technical and non-technical teams.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
