Responsibility
- Design, configure, and deploy enterprise-grade CCTV and access control systems tailored to client requirements.
- Conduct site surveys and risk assessments to recommend optimal security solutions.
- Integrate IP-based surveillance, biometric access, and alarm systems with existing IT infrastructure.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting for installed systems, ensuring minimal downtime.
- Develop custom scripts and automation tools to enhance system performance and monitoring.
- Collaborate with vendors and internal teams to source, test, and certify security hardware/software.
- Train end-users and client IT teams on system operation, maintenance, and best practices.
- Stay updated on emerging security technologies (e.g., AI-driven analytics, cloud-based NVR) and propose upgrades.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Computer Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or IT (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in CCTV, access control, or enterprise security systems.
- Proficiency in IP networking, VLANs, and cybersecurity principles (e.g., encryption, firewall rules).
- Certifications in Hikvision, Axis, Bosch, or Milestone are a strong plus.
- Experience with ONVIF, RTSP, and API integrations for third-party systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure in high-stakes environments.
- Excellent communication skills in English (written and verbal) for client-facing roles.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Indonesia for project deployments.
