Responsibility
- Deliver comprehensive, patient-centered nursing care to individuals with diverse medical needs.
- Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate nursing interventions to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
- Coordinate with healthcare teams, including doctors, therapists, and support staff, to provide seamless care.
- Administer medications, treatments, and procedures in accordance with clinical protocols.
- Educate patients and families on health management, treatment plans, and preventive care.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records using electronic health systems.
- Lead and mentor junior nursing staff, fostering a collaborative and supportive work environment.
- Adhere to infection control policies and ensure a safe, hygienic clinical environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification; registered nurse license in Indonesia.
- Minimum of 3-5 years of clinical nursing experience, preferably in a hospital or specialized care setting.
- Strong clinical skills, including patient assessment, wound care, and emergency response.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in using electronic health record (EHR) systems and medical equipment.
- Compassionate, detail-oriented, and committed to delivering high-quality care.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
