Responsibility
- Lead the design and implementation of advanced test methodologies for semiconductor products.
- Develop and optimize automated test systems to improve efficiency and accuracy.
- Collaborate with R&D and production teams to integrate innovative testing solutions.
- Drive continuous improvement in test processes, tools, and technologies.
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical leadership in test technology.
- Analyze test data to identify trends and recommend product enhancements.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
- Stay ahead of emerging trends in semiconductor testing and propose strategic initiatives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum of 8 years of experience in semiconductor test engineering or related roles.
- Strong expertise in test automation, ATPG, and DFT methodologies.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, C++, or LabVIEW.
- Experience with test equipment (ATE) and semiconductor manufacturing processes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead complex technical projects.
- Strong communication skills to collaborate with global teams.
- Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies is a plus.
