Responsibility
- Lead pre-sales engagements by analyzing client requirements and designing scalable IT/AI solutions that align with business objectives.
- Develop and deliver compelling technical presentations, demos, and proposals to C-level executives and decision-makers.
- Collaborate with sales, engineering, and product teams to refine solution architectures and ensure seamless handoff post-sale.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, machine learning, cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), and enterprise software to position Cloudworks as a thought leader.
- Conduct gap analyses and feasibility studies to identify opportunities for innovation within client ecosystems.
- Build and maintain trusted advisor relationships with key stakeholders, understanding their pain points and translating them into technical roadmaps.
- Support RFPs/RFIs by crafting detailed technical responses and coordinating with internal SMEs.
- Provide post-sales transition support to ensure smooth implementation and client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience in IT consulting, pre-sales, or solution architecture, with a focus on AI, cloud, or enterprise software.
- Proven track record of driving revenue growth through technical sales or consulting in B2B environments.
- Strong understanding of AI/ML frameworks, data analytics, and modern cloud architectures (e.g., microservices, serverless).
- Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse audiences.
- Experience with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot) and collaboration platforms (Slack, Microsoft Teams).
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure Solutions Architect) are a plus.
- Willingness to travel occasionally for client meetings or industry events (post-pandemic).
- Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, remote-first culture.
