Responsibility
- Lead the design, development, and deployment of Industry 4.0 software solutions, including IoT platforms, predictive analytics, and automation systems.
- Architect scalable, secure, and high-performance applications to support smart manufacturing and digital workflows.
- Collaborate with engineers, data scientists, and business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical specifications.
- Optimize existing systems for efficiency, reliability, and cost-effectiveness using modern software engineering practices.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership in Agile/Scrum environments.
- Stay ahead of emerging technologies (e.g., edge computing, digital twins, blockchain) and evaluate their applicability to business needs.
- Ensure compliance with industry standards, cybersecurity protocols, and best practices in software development.
- Drive continuous improvement through code reviews, testing, and performance monitoring.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in software development, with a focus on Industry 4.0, IoT, or industrial automation.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, C++, or JavaScript/TypeScript.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Strong knowledge of data pipelines, APIs, and microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) and real-time data processing tools (Kafka, Spark).
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and project management skills.
- Certifications in Industry 4.0, cloud computing, or cybersecurity are a plus.
