Join Funtomato Consultancy as a Senior Sales Manager – Demand Planning & S&OP and take the lead in shaping the future of supply chain excellence in Bali. Responsibility
- Lead the development and execution of demand forecasting models using advanced analytics and market intelligence to ensure accuracy and reliability.
- Spearhead the S&OP process, facilitating collaboration between sales, marketing, finance, and operations to align business objectives.
- Monitor and analyze inventory levels, sales trends, and market demand to optimize stock availability and minimize excess or shortages.
- Identify and mitigate supply chain risks by implementing proactive strategies and contingency plans.
- Drive continuous improvement in forecast accuracy through the adoption of best practices, tools, and technologies.
- Present insights and recommendations to senior leadership to support strategic decision-making and business growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, vendors, and internal teams.
- Develop and mentor a high-performing team, fostering a culture of accountability, innovation, and excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, Economics, or a related field. Master’s degree or professional certification (e.g., CSCP, CPF) is a plus.
- Minimum 8+ years of experience in demand planning, supply chain management, or S&OP, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in forecasting tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable insights.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams.
- Demonstrated ability to lead change management initiatives and drive process improvements.
- Familiarity with the retail and wholesale industries is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Indonesian (Bahasa) is an advantage.
