Responsibility
- Design, build, and optimize RGM data models to support pricing, promotions, trade spend, and profitability analysis.
- Develop AI/ML-driven predictive models to forecast demand, customer behavior, and market trends.
- Collaborate with commercial teams to translate business requirements into scalable data solutions.
- Automate data pipelines and ETL processes to ensure real-time data accuracy and accessibility.
- Conduct advanced statistical analysis to identify revenue growth opportunities and risk mitigation strategies.
- Lead the integration of big data platforms (e.g., Snowflake, Databricks) with existing ERP/CRM systems.
- Create interactive dashboards and reports (Power BI, Tableau) for executive stakeholders.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in RGM, data science, and commercial analytics to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs or Masterâs degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, Economics, or related fields.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in data modeling, business intelligence, or revenue growth management.
- Proficiency in SQL, Python (Pandas, NumPy, Scikit-learn), and R for data analysis and modeling.
- Hands-on experience with data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau) and big data technologies (Spark, Hadoop).
- Strong understanding of RGM principles, including pricing elasticity, trade promotion effectiveness, and margin optimization.
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and data warehousing solutions (Snowflake, Redshift).
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to bridge technical and business stakeholders.
- Familiarity with AI/ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) is a plus.
