Responsibility
- Lead and oversee the Record-to-Report (R2R) process, ensuring timely and accurate financial close activities.
- Manage cash flow forecasting, banking operations, and treasury functions to optimize liquidity and financial performance.
- Supervise a team of R2R analysts, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations.
- Develop and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and compliance in financial reporting.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders (e.g., FP&A, Tax, Audit) to ensure alignment with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP/IFRS standards.
- Monitor and reconcile general ledger accounts, identifying and resolving discrepancies.
- Support audit activities, including external audits, internal controls, and compliance reviews.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
- 5+ years of experience in R2R, General Accounting, or Cash Management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
- Proven expertise in financial close processes, reconciliations, and treasury operations.
- Strong knowledge of GAAP/IFRS standards and financial reporting requirements.
- Proficiency in ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and advanced Excel skills.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Ability to lead and mentor a team while fostering a collaborative work environment.
- Experience working in a multinational or fast-paced finance environment is highly desirable.
