Join TikTok’s Trust & Safety (TnS) Platform Product team in Bali and drive innovation in Law Enforcement Solutions within our Risk Prevention and Response (RPR) division. As a Senior Product Manager, you will lead the development of cutting-edge product solutions and tooling to empower global trust and safety operations, ensuring a secure and compliant platform for millions of users.

Responsibility

  • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the product vision for Law Enforcement Solutions, aligning with TikTok’s Trust & Safety goals and global regulatory requirements.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with legal, policy, engineering, and data science teams to identify risks and develop proactive product solutions.
  • Tooling & Automation: Lead the design and implementation of internal tools to streamline risk detection, response workflows, and law enforcement requests.
  • Compliance & Scalability: Ensure products meet international compliance standards (e.g., GDPR, COPPA) while scaling for global user growth.
  • Data-Driven Decisions: Leverage analytics and user insights to prioritize features, measure impact, and iterate on solutions.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Drive alignment across regional and global teams to deliver cohesive, user-centric safety products.
  • Incident Response: Lead rapid product adjustments in response to emerging threats or high-priority trust and safety incidents.
  • Documentation & Training: Create clear documentation and training materials for internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

  • Experience: 5+ years in Product Management, with at least 2 years in Trust & Safety, Risk, or Law Enforcement Solutions (preferably in tech or social media).
  • Technical Acumen: Strong understanding of APIs, data pipelines, and automation tools; ability to work closely with engineers.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with global compliance frameworks (e.g., GDPR, DMCA, local law enforcement protocols).
  • Problem-Solving: Proven ability to tackle ambiguous, high-impact challenges with structured, analytical approaches.
  • Communication: Exceptional written and verbal skills to articulate complex concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Leadership: Experience leading cross-functional projects and influencing without direct authority.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Law, Business, or related fields; advanced degrees a plus.
  • Mindset: Passion for user safety, ethical tech, and proactive risk mitigation.
