Responsibility
- Develop and execute product strategies to increase market share and revenue for agrochemical products in Bali and beyond.
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with R&D, sales, and marketing teams to launch and promote new agrochemical solutions.
- Manage the product lifecycle, from concept to commercialization, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with distributors, farmers, and industry stakeholders to drive adoption.
- Monitor sales performance, pricing strategies, and inventory levels to optimize profitability.
- Provide training and technical support to sales teams and customers on product features and benefits.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and sustainability practices in agrochemical production and distribution.
Qualifications
- Bachelorās degree in Agriculture, Agronomy, Business, Marketing, or a related field; Masterās degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product management, preferably in the agrochemical, agricultural, or chemical industry.
- Proven track record of developing and launching successful products in a competitive market.
- Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Familiarity with agrochemical regulations, certifications, and sustainability standards in Indonesia.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM tools, and data analysis software.
- Willingness to travel within Bali and occasionally to other regions for meetings and field visits.
