Responsibility
- Oversee day-to-day operations of multi-site landscape maintenance and construction projects across Bali, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Develop and implement strategic manpower plans, including hiring, training, and performance management of site teams to optimize productivity and efficiency.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery, addressing concerns, and fostering long-term partnerships with hospitality, residential, and commercial clients.
- Monitor and control project budgets, including labor, materials, and equipment costs, to maximize profitability and operational sustainability.
- Ensure strict compliance with local safety regulations, environmental standards, and company policies to maintain a zero-incident workplace.
- Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for operational efficiency, client satisfaction, and team performance, providing regular reports to senior management.
- Collaborate with procurement teams to source high-quality materials and equipment, negotiating contracts to secure cost-effective solutions without compromising quality.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives, leveraging technology and innovative practices to enhance operational workflows and service delivery.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 7+ years of experience in operations management within the construction, landscaping, or facilities maintenance industry, with at least 3 years in a senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of managing multi-site operations, preferably in hospitality, residential, or commercial sectors in Bali or similar tropical environments.
- Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and financial reporting for large-scale projects.
- In-depth knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, safety regulations, and environmental compliance related to construction and landscaping.
- Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams across multiple locations.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with fluency in English; proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia is a plus.
- Experience with ERP systems, project management software, and Microsoft Office Suite (e.g., MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Business Administration, or a related field; professional certifications (e.g., PMP, OSHA) are advantageous.
