Responsibility
- Lead and oversee all aspects of financial accounting, reporting, and treasury management.
- Develop and implement robust financial strategies to support company growth and profitability.
- Manage the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to ensure accuracy and timely delivery.
- Lead the annual budgeting and forecasting cycles, providing insightful analysis to the executive team.
- Ensure full compliance with local regulatory standards, taxation laws, and internal audit requirements.
- Establish and maintain internal controls to mitigate financial risks and safeguard company assets.
- Mentor and develop the finance and accounting team to foster a culture of excellence and professional growth.
- Collaborate with cross-functional department heads to align financial goals with operational activities.
Qualifications
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) license is mandatory.
- Minimum of 7-10 years of progressive experience in finance and accounting, with at least 3 years in a managerial capacity.
- In-depth knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and local tax regulations.
- Expertise in financial modeling, budgeting, and performance analysis.
- Advanced proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Excel.
- Proven ability to lead large-scale financial projects and process improvements.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with a high degree of integrity and business acumen.
