Responsibility
- Perform advanced diagnostics and repair of laptop mainboards, including soldering, reballing, and circuit-level troubleshooting.
- Identify and replace faulty components (e.g., ICs, capacitors, resistors) with precision.
- Test and verify repaired devices using specialized tools (e.g., POST cards, oscilloscopes).
- Document repair processes, issues, and solutions for quality assurance and knowledge sharing.
- Collaborate with the team to develop efficient repair workflows and best practices.
- Provide technical guidance to junior technicians and assist in training programs.
- Stay updated with the latest laptop hardware trends, repair techniques, and industry standards.
- Ensure compliance with safety protocols and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) prevention measures.
Qualifications
- Minimum 3+ years of experience in laptop mainboard repair at an L3 level or equivalent.
- Proven expertise in soldering, reballing, and micro-soldering techniques.
- Strong knowledge of laptop hardware architecture (e.g., chipsets, BIOS, power circuits).
- Familiarity with diagnostic tools (e.g., multimeter, logic analyzer, thermal cameras).
- Ability to read schematics and interpret technical documentation.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Certification in electronics repair or related fields is a plus.
- Fluent in English and/or Indonesian; ability to communicate technical details clearly.
