Responsibility
- Lead the end-to-end design, development, and implementation of Coupa-to-ERP integrations, ensuring alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Define and document scalable integration architectures, including APIs, middleware (e.g., MuleSoft, Boomi), and data transformation layers.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, identify pain points, and propose innovative integration solutions.
- Optimize data flows between Coupa and ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) to ensure real-time or batch synchronization.
- Establish best practices for integration governance, security, and performance monitoring.
- Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance on integration patterns, protocols (REST, SOAP, EDI), and error handling.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex integration issues, ensuring minimal downtime and high system reliability.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in cloud integration, iPaaS, and emerging ERP technologies to drive continuous improvement.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; Masterâs degree is a plus.
- 7+ years of experience in enterprise integration, with at least 3 years specializing in Coupa and ERP integrations.
- Proven expertise in designing and implementing APIs, middleware solutions (e.g., MuleSoft, Dell Boomi, Apache Camel), and ETL processes.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, NetSuite) and Coupa Procure-to-Pay (P2P) modules.
- Strong proficiency in integration protocols (REST, SOAP, GraphQL), data formats (JSON, XML), and authentication methods (OAuth, SAML).
- Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes) is highly desirable.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Strong communication and leadership skills to collaborate with global teams and stakeholders.
