Responsibility
- Conduct one-on-one consultations with clients to assess their financial needs and recommend suitable insurance products.
- Develop and maintain a strong client portfolio through proactive outreach, follow-ups, and relationship-building.
- Stay updated on AXA’s insurance products, market trends, and regulatory changes to provide accurate and compliant advice.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets while ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (underwriting, claims, customer service) to streamline processes and enhance client experience.
- Organize and host financial planning workshops or seminars to educate potential clients on insurance benefits.
- Leverage digital tools and CRM systems to track client interactions, sales pipelines, and policy renewals.
- Provide post-sales support, including policy reviews, claims assistance, and periodic check-ins to ensure client retention.
Qualifications
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CFP, ChFC) are a plus.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in insurance sales, financial planning, or a similar client-facing role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive environment.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with fluency in English (additional languages are advantageous).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities to tailor solutions to diverse client needs.
- Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Familiarity with Indonesian insurance regulations and market practices is preferred.
