In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for optimizing HubSpot portals, implementing cutting-edge automation, and delivering data-driven insights that fuel our clients' growth. Work remotely from Canggu, Ubud, Denpasar, or other beautiful locations in Bali while collaborating with a global team of marketing professionals.

Responsibility

  • Administer and optimize HubSpot portals for Australian marketing clients, ensuring best practices in CRM configuration and data management
  • Design, implement, and maintain marketing automation workflows to improve lead nurturing and conversion rates
  • Develop and generate comprehensive reports and dashboards to track KPIs and provide actionable insights to clients
  • Configure and manage integrations between HubSpot and other marketing tools (e.g., Salesforce, Google Analytics, social media platforms)
  • Provide technical support and training to clients on HubSpot features and functionality
  • Stay current with HubSpot updates and new features, recommending and implementing improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing automation with overall business objectives
  • Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to enhance portal performance

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with HubSpot, including HubSpot Marketing Hub and CRM administration
  • HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Sales Software, or equivalent) strongly preferred
  • Proven experience with marketing automation, lead scoring, and email marketing campaigns
  • Strong understanding of CRM best practices and data management principles
  • Experience with third-party integrations (APIs, Zapier, etc.) and troubleshooting technical issues
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Strong communication skills in English, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently in a remote setting
