Responsibility

  • Develop and execute long-term growth strategies for high-value accounts, moving beyond short-term campaigns to create sustainable revenue pipelines.
  • Collaborate with sales and customer success teams to align marketing efforts with account-specific business objectives and KPIs.
  • Analyze account performance data to identify growth opportunities, optimize engagement, and forecast revenue potential.
  • Design and implement personalized marketing programs, including targeted content, digital campaigns, and experiential initiatives tailored to key accounts.
  • Lead cross-functional workshops with clients to uncover pain points, co-create solutions, and strengthen strategic partnerships.
  • Monitor competitive landscape and industry trends to position Fresh Prints as a thought leader and preferred partner for high-value accounts.
  • Report on account health metrics, including engagement rates, conversion funnels, and ROI, to senior leadership and stakeholders.
  • Mentor junior team members and contribute to the development of best practices for account-based growth marketing.

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, account-based marketing (ABM), or strategic marketing roles, with a focus on high-value B2B accounts.
  • Proven track record of developing and executing long-term growth strategies that drive measurable revenue impact.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar platforms to track and optimize performance.
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels, including C-suite executives.
  • Experience in the custom apparel, e-commerce, or SaaS industries is a plus, but not required.
  • Fluency in English; additional languages (e.g., Bahasa Indonesia) are a bonus.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
  • Remote work experience with a demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively in a distributed team environment.
