Responsibility
- Develop and maintain brand consistency across all digital and print materials, including social media, websites, brochures, and packaging.
- Lead the design process from concept to final execution, ensuring high-quality, on-brand deliverables.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and content teams to create visually engaging assets that align with campaign goals.
- Create and update brand style guides, templates, and design systems to streamline workflows.
- Stay ahead of design trends and industry best practices, bringing fresh, innovative ideas to the table.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, adhering to deadlines and prioritizing tasks effectively.
- Oversee the work of junior designers (if applicable) and provide constructive feedback to elevate team output.
- Ensure all designs are optimized for SEO, accessibility, and user experience across various platforms.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Minimum 5+ years of professional experience in graphic design, with a strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, digital, and print work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Deep understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles with a keen eye for detail.
- Experience working with brand guidelines and creating cohesive visual systems.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to manage feedback and iterate on designs based on stakeholder input.
- Bonus: Experience in UI/UX design, motion graphics, or video editing.
