Responsibility
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements in accordance with IFRS and local regulations
- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes to ensure timely and accurate reporting
- Manage accounts payable and receivable, including vendor payments and customer invoicing
- Conduct financial analysis and provide insights to support strategic business decisions
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and coordinate with external auditors
- Develop and implement financial controls and procedures to mitigate risks
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial performance
- Prepare budgets, forecasts, and financial models to support business planning
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (Master's or professional certification such as CPA or ACCA is a plus)
- Minimum 5 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, with at least 2 years in a senior position
- Strong knowledge of IFRS, GAAP, and Indonesian accounting standards
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, SAP) and advanced Excel skills
- Experience with tax compliance and financial audits
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting with minimal supervision
- Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus
