Responsibility
- Develop and execute strategic external relations plans to enhance Fallon Chaseâs reputation and market position in Mandarin-speaking regions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and business partners.
- Represent the company at high-level meetings, conferences, and trade events, acting as the primary liaison for Mandarin-speaking markets.
- Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, sales, operations) to align external communications with business objectives.
- Monitor industry trends, policy changes, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
- Prepare reports, presentations, and briefings for senior leadership on external engagement activities and outcomes.
- Negotiate and finalize partnerships, MOUs, and commercial agreements to drive business expansion.
- Ensure compliance with local and international regulations in all external communications and dealings.
Qualifications
- Bachelorâs degree in Business, International Relations, Marketing, or a related field (Masterâs preferred).
- 5+ years of experience in external relations, corporate communications, or business development, preferably in manufacturing or a related industry.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English (written and verbal) is mandatory; additional languages are a plus.
- Proven track record of stakeholder management at senior levels, including government and corporate entities.
- Strong negotiation, networking, and interpersonal skills with a diplomatic approach.
- Experience working in multinational environments or with Asian markets is highly desirable.
- Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities to assess market opportunities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools; familiarity with manufacturing processes is a bonus.
